All of us have faced rejections in various aspects of life — whether it’s project proposals, startup fundraising, or job applications — and it can really affect us. If you’re feeling disheartened, you’re not alone. I recently stumbled upon a concept called “Rejection Therapy” As I explored it further, I found it incredibly insightful and helpful in changing my perspective. In this post, I want to share what I’ve learned about rejection therapy and how it can make a positive difference. I’ll also dive into the inspiring “100 Days of Rejection” challenge, which offers practical ways to face rejection head-on and grow from it.
